15 minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport.

Course B: Tue-Thu-Sat
-Tom Kha Gai -- Chicken and Galangal in Coconut Cream Soup
-Po Take -- Spicy Seafood Soup
-Phad Ga-praw Gai -- Stir fried Minced Chicken with Chilies and Holy Basil
-Som Tom Malakaw -- Green Papaya Salad
-Tap Tim Grop -- Rubies: Mock Pomegranate Seeds in Coconut Ice Syrup


Transportation:
a) Sedan for 1-3 customers.
b) Pick-up truck 8 seats with roof. With the logo of Air’s Thai Culinary Kitchen on the doors.

The pick-up time between 08:30 am in the lobby of the customer’s hotel,
and drop off time between 01:00 pm-01:30 pm. Customer staying outside the city;
i.e. The Four Seasons Resort must arrange their own transportation or may request
transfer to and from Air’s Thai Culinary Kitchen.
